Our Mission

The FEFCF organizes and implements cross-cultural short term ministry trips for church members throughout the year. Trips are arranged by Adult Fellowships, the Youth Department and the Missions Office.

The purpose of these trips is to help extend the Kingdom of God in obedience to the Great Commission. Our church's mission statement reads:  "The Mission of the First Evangelical Free Church of Fullerton is to be a worshipping community that builds mature disciples and evangelizes the lost to the Glory of God."  Short-term ministry trips exist to carry out this commitment cross-culturally.

The core values of short-term ministry trips:

bulletWe work with people we know on the field.
bulletEach team helps advance the long term objectives of that field.
bulletWe expose church members to ministry in different cultures.
bulletWe seek to give church members a healthy, safe and positive experience.
bulletWe involve our whole church in praying for and equipping the teams.

There is an application, interview and selection process for those that desire to join a team.  There are many opportunities to help as a sender from home in supporting the teams logistically.

Throughout history, God has used available people of all ages, from all walks of life, in various seasons of life to be partners in building his Kingdom around the world.
