Project Status (Aug 7, 2001)
We have 95% of the walls up to ceiling height and so we decided that Monday we had better make a big start on the plastering. We want to have
the bathrooms plastered ready for ceramic tile and ceilings for team 3 to install. In fact I would like to get most rooms plastered so we can measure
and make built in bunk beds, desks etc install door frames without having to
worry about cement stains etc. We were experiencing problems with the plaster cracking and have tracked it to the brand of cement and are now over
those problems and progressing better. You can see from the pictures we have
quite the crew to try and achieve as much as possible in 4 days. (Friday is
a national vacation day) Alex.
